"SHIP GOD" is a book for business owners, for ones who wish to understand true nature of management. What can be a better model than of a SHIP? 

Ship has to have one captain who is capable of doing things much better than any other member of a crew, as he is a leader, he is the one can teach another and be an example, he is the one that can give an opportunity for another to become a captain of his own ship. Try to relate these things to a business - it turns out that the principle is identical.

We will put some pages from the book, also there are things about why Sicily is way different then any other place on earth, why it can bring better understanding to how things work in life, and what architecture of Sicily conveys to us.

This book is result of Expedition lead by scientist Oleg Maltsev ti Sicily and cooperation research with Oleg Goltsman of archetecture, applied history of island Sicily. 

Thanks to scientist Maltsev Oleg for his hard non-stop work, and an opportunity to use technologies that he constructs, which are used around the world by different people in all sorts of spheres to achieve things that are much more than average.
